Meet & Greet

Service Description

A Meet & Greet session is held before booking any of our services. This session gives you a chance to meet the person who will be taking care of your pet and ask any questions you may have. We will also run through a registration form together. This session is free of charge and usually lasts around 30 minutes - 1 hour. At this point if you decide that our services are not what you're looking for or have a change or circumstances then we do not have to continue with registration.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a booking please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible. You will have to give a minimum of 3 days notice prior to cancelling to be entitled to a full refund.
